The restaurant is the flagship of the Resort: it stands out for the particular location, the care of the furnishings and, above all, the high quality of the kitchen. The dishes propose specialties of the place revisited with creativity and with great attention to the presentation. Delight for the palate and wonders for the eyes assured by Chef Davide Giambruno (Nazionale Italiana Cuochi) and his second chef Toti Grande (Alma school).
At breakfast, the seasonal fruit buffet, cheeses and salami, freshly cooked eggs just as you like them, a selection of nuts, cereals to accompany with milk or cappuccino, as well as croissants and delicious freshly baked cakes, fruit juices and organic honey.
At lunch you can enjoy a light lunch, even at the Pool Bar, an ideal place for an aperitif surrounded by a relaxing atmosphere.
Dinner is served in the glassroom with views of the surrounding woodland: unique atmospheres to wrap unforgettable tastes.
It is open every day (for breakfast, lunch and dinner) both for guests of the Hotel and outside.
